The space
Situated on the only row of houses with views of the cliff, the world famous Tajo de Ronda, is a two bedroom apartment that was 100% renovated in the second half of 2015. The only thing we have kept are the hand-painted tile floors from 1947, which helps preserve the personality of this historic house while modernizing its amenities.

My family has lived in this house since 1917. Our humble intention was to renovate it so it could capture Ronda’s charm, a city which Hemingway described as the place “where you should go if you ever go to Spain on a honeymoon or if you ever bolt with anyone. The entire town and as far as you can see in any direction is a romantic background”. If you want to know the real Ronda, you can’t start from a better place.

The house has two bright bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other one with two individual and one queen bed, one bathroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a 22 m2 terrace with the most astonishing views you can get in Ronda.
